Trees
Poem

Trees, my lovely friends
I envy your silence
your replenishing tenacity
You hear my cries and
comfort my dreams, banishing
arms that punch and
feet neglectful of
its own purpose
Trees, my lovely friends
I envy your silence
your replenishing tenacity
You hear my cries and
comfort my dreams, banishing
arms that punch and
feet neglectful of
its own purpose
I write to understand our beautiful world.
